Job Summary
Senior Associate Enterprise Risk Management
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management you will be part of a team of risk managers responsible for identifying measuring managing and reporting operational risks on an enterprise-wide basis. You will help implement the ORM program and ensure all departments - business support operations and technology - manage risks.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management you will be part of a team of risk managers responsible for identifying measuring managing and reporting operational risks on an enterprise-wide basis. You will help implement the ORM program and ensure all departments - business support operations and technology - manage risks.
Deliverables:
- Setting risk appetite
- Identifying new and emerging risks
- Risk mitigation and controls
- Validation of controls
- Oversight of other risk areas including technology cyber business continuity vendor risk etc;
- Promoting a healthy risk culture
Responsibilities:
- Recommend and review risk appetite
- Identify key risks
- Develop risk mitigation processes and controls with first line.
- Report on key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Monitor industry trends and potential threats which may negatively impact the organisation.
- Identify emerging risks and proactively implement mitigation controls.
- Oversee risk control self-assessment (RCSA) program and drive risk self-assessments with first line of defense.
- Oversee business continuity help develop/maintain BCM plans test plan via exercises
- Conduct risk reviews control gap analysis and risk assurance
Profile:
- 3 years relevant financial services risk and controls experience
- 1-2 years in operational risk ERM or internal controls
- Front-to-back risk knowledge coverage of technology and operations is a must
- Knowledge ofbusiness continuity is useful
