Our Legal Sector Services group is seeking aManager Mass Tort Serviceswho willberesponsible forhigh level oversight and management of large multi-facetedMass Tortprojects. This manager may also supervise the work of interns staff and other consultants.

Our highly experienced professionals take a multidisciplinary approach to settlement administration projectsleveragingproprietary technology to manage each litigation program from start to finish. Whether the project involves the administration of aclassaction mass arbitration or mass tort ranging in size from hundreds to millions of claimants our team has the experience and scalability to deliver effective claims resolution services.

What Work You WillbeResponsible For:

• Leads directsand manages projects and multi-disciplinary tasks withinscopeofprogramor project.

• Manages all phases of a program including strategic planning work planning mobilization execution and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope schedulebudgetand other contract requirements.

• Guides projects and programs to fulfill client stakeholder and PM goalscommitmentsand criteria.

• Ensures that the scope of work is completed to the satisfaction of the client and key stakeholders while simultaneously ensuring that quality financial risk management business and policy expectations are met.

• Serves as one of the firms primary contacts with the clientregardingprojectstatusprogressscopescheduleand budget

• Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedureslawsand regulations and keeps current on compliance-related areas.

• Exhibits excellent client service skills including the identification of opportunities to provideadditionalservices to clients and/or non-clients.

• Buildsandmaintainstrusted relationships with diversegroupof clients team members managers and subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years ofexperience insettlementadministrationor litigation related field

• 2yearsoverseeingMassTortand/or Class Action claims administration projects or comparable experience

• Bachelors degree

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Project Management Institutes (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relatedcredential ispreferred.

• Technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products specifically Excel.
