YOUR NEW ROLE:

Are you passionate about supporting people and making a difference in your community Himilo is looking for a Youth Engagement and Support Officer to join our team. This is an entry-level role suited to someone who is keen to learn grow and support others to reach their full potential.

As a Youth Engagement and Support Officer you will work alongside the Himilo team to engage and support individuals across employment careers education health wellbeing and leadership. You will help design and deliver programs and activities listening to participant voices supporting their ideas and helping turn those ideas into real opportunities.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Connecting with young people through activities programs and outreach

- Supporting youth employment education and leadership programs

- Working with mentors schools and community organisations

- Helping young people access opportunities and support

Learning how community programs are designed and delivered
