A bit about your role
As the Operations & Engagement Specialist you will lead the delivery of internal engagement activities that strengthen connection alignment and awareness across Field Services. This includes planning and delivering a range of initiatives from town halls and leadership forums to team events and communications ensuring they are well executed and aligned to business priorities.
Working closely with the Senior Engagement Specialist and leadership team you will also support broader engagement programs culture initiatives and recognition activities partnering with leaders to drive participation and meaningful outcomes across the business.
Alongside this you will provide high-quality executive and operational support to the Executive General Manager playing a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and business performance. You will manage complex schedules coordinate leadership forums and prepare clearaccurate and executive-ready materials including briefings reports and insights that support decision-making and alignment.
You will also helpmaintainthe operational rhythm of the business supporting governance forums tracking actions coordinating inputs from across teams and ensuring reporting is delivered consistently and to a high standard. Your ability to bring structure prioritisation and follow-through will be critical in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities whilemaintaininga high standard of delivery.
Yourecomfortable working closely with senior leaders bringing sound judgement discretion and the ability toanticipateneeds. You can take inputs from multiple stakeholders and turn them into clear concise executive-ready outputs including leadership presentations communicationsreportingand briefings.
You build strong trusted relationships and know how to keep things moving by following up on actions coordinating inputs and meeting deadlines.Youredetail-oriented reliable and take pride in deliveringaccurate high-quality work.
You also bring a continuous improvement mindset always looking for ways to streamline processes strengthen reporting and improve consistency.
