Job Summary

Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney
This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement or remote work opportunities.

A top-rated law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters
Draft pleadings motions and handle discovery in coverage litigation
Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York
5 years of coverage litigation experience in New York New Jersey and beyond
Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL Excess Professional Liability D & O and property)
Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
Coverage analysis and writing experience.
Superior analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
