Location

Hybrid role based in Westwood Los Angeles CA with an initial on-site training period followed by a flexible hybrid schedule.

Note

This role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience active California Bar admission and the ability to complete an on-site training period in Westwood.

Job Description

• Draft pleadings motions discovery and demand letters
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Represent clients in negotiations mediations arbitrations and court proceedings
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel and internal legal teams
• Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
• For senior associates mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
• 1 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
• Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability
• Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus
• Bilingual skills especially Spanish are a plus
