Location: Los Angeles California full-time on-site position in a collaborative office environment where youll work closely with attorneys and litigation professionals.

Note: Candidates must possess a California Paralegal Certificate and have at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience including California state and federal court procedures and e-filing.

Job Description

• Draft pleadings discovery correspondence motions subpoenas and proposed orders for attorney review
• Manage and organize large volumes of discovery including electronic documents and media files
• Summarize depositions and prepare comprehensive indexes and case materials
• Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw LEXIS and other research platforms
• Perform California state and federal court e-filing and maintain procedural compliance
• Coordinate with witnesses experts and clients throughout the litigation process
• Support trial preparation and assist with jury instructions and related filings
• Maintain litigation calendars deadlines and case management systems
• Communicate effectively with attorneys clients and outside parties to advance case strategy

Qualifications

• California Paralegal Certificate required
• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of California state and federal court procedures and e-filing requirements
• Proficiency with Westlaw LEXIS Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat Pro and case management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail
