Logistics Executive

The opportunity

AJW are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Executive to ensure the safe compliant and timely movement of aircraft parts across a global supply chain. Based in Sofia you will play a key role in supporting AJWs global teardown projects and closely tracking customer repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Youll thrive in a fastpaced environment communicate clearly solve problems quickly and help maintain efficient reliable logistics operations for our customers.

Key Duties

• Manage the booking movement and tracking of all parts within the teardown supply chain keeping all parties informed of progress or delays.

• Monitor and track customer repairs and offcore units resolving issues quickly to avoid disruption.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across teardown and repair logistics.

• Ensure full compliance with aviation customs export control and dangerous goods regulations.

• Prepare and validate all logistics documentation including invoices airway bills packing lists and customs paperwork.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams suppliers and logistics partners to support smooth endtoend movements.

• Support continuous improvement by suggesting new ways of working and helping implement changes.

About you

Essential

• Strong IT skills (Office 365).

• Clear communication skills.

• Ability to solve problems under pressure.

• Reliable accurate and organised.

• Quick to learn and adapt.

• Strong timemanagement and ability to prioritise.

• Team player who can also work independently

• Background in aviation logistics.

Desirable

• Knowledge of export controls customs and dangerous goods.

• Experience in aviation or airline operations.

• Familiarity with systems like Quantum Power BI or AMOS

• Understanding of IATA/ADR shipping rules.
