Job Summary
- Play a key role supporting senior leaders in a nationally significant energy research organisation.
- Highautonomy administrative role with exposure to industry research and government partners.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 24 months.
- Base salary range: $95231 $100643 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Future Energy Exports Cooperative Research Centre (FEnEx CRC) is an Australian notforprofit research organisation focused on decarbonising energy exports through industrialscale research and innovation. Working across LNG and hydrogen the CRC brings together universities industry and government to deliver research education policy advice testing facilities and PhD programs that position Australia as a global energy leader.
About the opportunity
- As the Administrative Officer you will provide highlevel administrative and executive support to the CRC including the CEO and COO while taking ownership of office systems processes and daytoday operations.
- You will work with a high degree of autonomy coordinating meetings and events supporting outreach and communications activities and ensuring smooth financial and administrative workflows.
- This role offers broad exposure across research operations external partnerships and senior stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and purposedriven environment.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in highlevel administrative or executive support roles ideally within a complex organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence liaising across internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive selfdirected approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency across office systems including word processing spreadsheets databases email and online tools.
