Summary:
The Project Support Officer will support the implementation and delivery of a range of digital projects within 24/7 Services. The role is focused on ensuring that new IT systems service improvements and digital transformation initiatives deliver the strategic objectives of both the Directorate and the Council.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and delivery of digital transformation and service improvement projects.
Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives.
Assist in identifying key success criteria and support cultural procedural and system changes arising from project work.
Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and involvement in service planning and delivery.
Evaluate service issues and challenges developing and implementing solutions that promote best practice.
Provide specialist support and knowledge relating to policy process development and service delivery.
Essentials:
Experience supporting projects service improvement initiatives or digital transformation programmes.
Experience analysing performance data and producing reports.
Knowledge of project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and delivering change initiatives.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
