Overview: The Ciocca Center Program Assistant supports the overall functions of the Center. They will assist with program management industry research building relationships with founders and business professionals scheduling and facilitating program sessions maintaining an updated database and documents of startups marketing and other administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with general office clerical responsibilities
Assist Center staff in various tasks and projects as assigned.
Assist running various Ciocca Center programs
Assist with research and data analysis for Princeton Review submittal
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience or a deep interest in entrepreneurship and working with startups is a plus.
Bachelors preferred and 0-2 years work experience preferred
Availability to work 15-19 hours per week.
An ability to work remote and complete responsibilities online if needed.
Must be located in California. SCU cannot approve remote work in any other state.
Willingness to work both set hours and flexible hours depending on weekly event schedule
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work during year round preferred.
