Production Manager

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Lead production teams to meet daily targets while maintaining safety quality and operational standards
• Provide shift leadership and act as the first point of contact for production and area emergencies
• Execute site safety programs including permits audits housekeeping and incident investigations
• Coordinate activities across units and support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues
• Collaborate with Engineering Maintenance Quality and Laboratory teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and reliability
• Manage staffing overtime performance reviews and employee conduct
• Ensure clear and accurate communication across the organization
• Maintain accurate timekeeping attendance and electronic records

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong understanding of safety food safety and operational discipline
• Ability to manage schedules and respond to unplanned events
