Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below but not limited to these:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of SKAI ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

• Lead motivate and develop the service team to deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences.

• Drive guest engagement anticipate guest needs and effectively resolve feedback and service recovery opportunities.

• Ensure service presentation cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

• Manage reservations seating arrangements and manpower deployment to maximize operational efficiency.

• Partner closely with the Culinary team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.

• Monitor outlet performance and contribute to revenue growth through upselling productivity initiatives and cost control measures.

• Conduct team briefings training sessions and coaching to build a high-performing and guest-centric culture.

• Support the achievement of guest satisfaction financial and quality targets in line with hotel and brand standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 23 years of supervisory or management experience in a premium dining semi-fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong passion for food wine and guest service excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently.

• Proven leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing teams.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety restaurant operations and financial performance management.

• Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
