Compliance Specialist

Kroll is currently hiring a Compliance Offer for its operations in GIFT City. This role will work out of GIFT city and will manage our regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with IFSCA (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations GIFT SEZ / IFSC / RBI/ SEBI/ FEMA circulars and relevant laws.
• Liaison with regulators assist Principal Officer in regulatory filings returns filings application events.
• Maintain and update internal policies and compliance manuals; conduct periodic risk reviews.
• Monitor AML/CFT adherence suspicious transaction reporting (STR) KYC/KYB and sanctions screening.
• Handle investor/client grievance redressal ensure recordkeeping for six years and publish compliant complaint statistics and disclosures.
• Conduct internal audits / readiness reviews; monitor exception reports; ensure timely remediation.
• Support compliance during inspections by regulators; coordinate responses and ensure accountability.
• Keep abreast of amendments in IFSCA regulations and ensure timely implementation in internal controls.
• Sound knowledge of the various other regulations like the Companies Act PMLA SAST KYC and Insider Trading.

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate degreein any discipline from recognized university; or a professional qualification such asLLBICAIICSIICMAI or equivalent.
• Minimum3 yearsof experience in compliance AML/CFT regulatory reporting or related role in capital markets/financial services.
• Experience working withinGIFT IFSC / IFSCAregulated entitieswill bepreferred
