Job Summary

The Manager Outbound Sales is responsible for achieving growth and sales targets through the effective management of a team of Outbound Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. This involves developing sales strategies providing training and guidance to team members analyzing sales data identifying market trends and fostering strong client/partner/intercompany relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

What youll do:

  • Lead motivate and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives & Account Executives to achieve sales targets and KPI goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Provide coaching training guidance and overall support to sales team members to improve performance and enhance skills.
  • Monitor sales activities analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.
  • Support sales reps in sales calls if required.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales process and procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments such as dealing marketing product client due diligence and sales operations to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

What you bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of leader/sales experience in FX payments financial services eCommerce and/or B2B
  • Education: Post Secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success achieving sales goals in competitive fast-paced environment
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring high-performing outbound sales teams across multiple markets/regions.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience selling to finance teams CPAs accounting firms bookkeepers and banking sectors. Knowledge of FinTech and Payments a plus.
  • Client-Focused Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to educate clients on best practices and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Tech-Savvy & SaaS: Comfortable with SaaS applications able to translate technical features into business benefits for clients. Familiar with web conferencing tools for product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborative: Team player and highly adaptable with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized & Efficient: Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities with a focus on efficiency.
  • Detail-orientated: Experience with CRMs specifically Salesforce. Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records.
  • Communication & Professionalism: Confident articulate professional communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to establish relationships quickly
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and work towards solutions

The salary range for this position is $120000 - $130000 CAD. Exact salary offered will be dependent on multiple factors including level of experience job-related knowledge skills work location addition to base salary this role may be eligible for a variable bonus. As part of the compensation package benefits are also offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.

We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from our Toronto office.
