Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $40-43 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients medical history and physical condition to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patients needs and goals
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as exercise manual therapy and equipment to help patients improve their physical function
- Monitor patients progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of physical therapy services
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- CPR certification
Salary and Benefits:
