This position begins in a part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as your caseload grows and client demand increases.

Location: 1777 S. Bellaire Street Denver CO

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time

Compensation:

• $48/hour Pre-Licensed Clinicians
  

• $55/hour Licensed Clinicians
  

Additional compensation differentials may be available based on:

• Spanish language proficiency
  

• EMDR or specialized clinical training
  

• Relevant clinical experience

Position Summary

As a Therapist with Center for Resilience Strategies you will provide compassionate evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse client population. You will have the opportunity to work with children adolescents adults couples and families while developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that support lasting positive change.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care practicing independently while collaborating with colleagues and continuously developing their clinical expertise.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide individual family and couples psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  

• Deliver high-quality mental health services to children adolescents and adults.
  

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships built on trust empathy and professionalism.
  

• Complete timely accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  

• Maintain ethical practice standards and client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
