The Bruker Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support and accelerate business growth across the Latin American region. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid commercial or technical sales experience in the diagnostics pharmaceutical or industrial microbiology sectors. The SDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities driving lead qualification and supporting regional market expansion strategies.

Responsibilities
- Execute territory strategies to identify prospect and capture new business opportunities across clinical food pharma and academic markets.
- Actively conduct customer visits (on-site and virtual) to build relationships identify needs and generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Specialists to drive qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Lead early-stage commercial discussions organize technical presentations and coordinate product evaluations.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow-up and opportunity progression.
- Support strategic marketing activities including local events webinars and customer engagement campaigns
- Support TPAs in the assigned territory to increase sales of instruments in Clinical Food & Beverage Agriculture Pharma and Research Markets.
- Adhere to company policies for expense control and meeting expense budgets.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of microbiology workflows and technologies; familiarity with MALDI-TOF is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospital labs private diagnostics providers or food/pharma quality labs in Latin America.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial technical sales or customer-facing role within the diagnostics or life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to promote company products and services to a variety of prospects and customers and secure sales commitments.
- Strong verbal written and technical presentation skills including MS Office with advanced Excel applications proficiency.
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
- Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of projects assigned by the management team.
- Ability to travel frequently (domestic and international) to support customer visits and business development activities. Maintain a current Passport/ US VISA as required for international travel. Occasional weekend travel will be required. Plan and execute individual travel guidelines and within expense budget objectives.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese language. Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related life sciences field or Health-related fields. PhD preferred.
- Previous experience in the field of Microbiology is desired

- MS Office Excel PowerPoint Teams & Outlook
- Sales Force or other CRM tool
This position reports directly to the Bruker MID LATAM Region Manager.
