Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $41-45 per hour
Schedule: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
Location: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients conditions to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques including exercises manual therapy and modalities
- Monitor patients progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and how to prevent future injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all healthcare and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a SNF or similar setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
