Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations mentoring Superintendents supporting project execution and ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support multiple active construction projects
Mentor and coach Superintendents and field teams
Assist with scheduling budgeting manpower planning and project execution
Conduct job site visits to monitor safety quality and productivity
Collaborate with project management and operations leadership
Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs

Qualifications:

1015 years of construction leadership experience
Background in water/wastewater infrastructure or coatingspreferred strong leadership planning and communication skills
Experience managing crews schedules and project budgets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
