The Opportunity

Join the team that bridges the physical and digital worlds to help millions of people move without pain. As a Senior Software Engineer you will build the critical software that powers our cutting-edge hardwarespecifically our Enso pain relief device.

You wont just be writing code; you will be the glue between our hardware firmware and mobile experiences. We are looking for a versatile engineer who thrives in a full-stack environment (React Native TypeScript) and isnt afraid to dive into Bluetooth protocols complex state management or backend services to deliver a seamless pain relief experience for our members.

What Youll Achieve

• In your first 3 months: You will immerse yourself in our device ecosystem shipping your first features for the Enso experience. Youll build relationships with Product Design and Hardware partners and gain a solid understanding of our mobile-to-device architecture.

• In your first 6 months: You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a key initiative (e.g. supporting new hardware device capabilities or new treatment programs). You will actively improve our developer tooling and contribute to architectural decisions that increase the reliability of our device connectivity.

• In your first year: You will act as a technical owner for a major domain within the Devices Software group. You will be a go-to expert for navigating complex hardware-software challenges mentoring junior engineers and driving our Think Long-Term strategy for Enso integration.

Basic Requirements

• 5 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-quality consumer-facing applications.

• Strong Full-Stack proficiency: Deep experience with Python React Native (or React) and backend services.

• Architectural ownership: Proven ability to break down complex problems design scalable systems and own features from concept to production.

• Quality mindset: Experience writing robust tests (unit integration e2e) and maintaining high code quality standards.

Preferred Requirements

• Backend Depth: Experience with Python Nest GraphQL Postgres and AWS ecosystems.

• Mobile Depth: Experience with React Native.
