- Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics vulnerability trends and operational KPIs.
- Use SQL and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction transformation and analysis.
- Configure and customize secure workflows access controls and compliance reporting.
- Analyze PSA & CRM data to identify patterns impacting profitability and operational efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for services business systems and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity reporting and system functionality.
- Ensure adherence to operational workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in security and operational processes propose solutions and assist in implementation.
- Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet both business and security requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation for requirements processes and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with professional services automation management platforms (Certinia Teamwork).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation: SQL Python Excel BI tools API Development DAX data modeling visualization best practices).
- Experience implementing cross-functional cost governance processes and KPIs.
- 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role in software or cybersecurity environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced security-focused environment.
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
