Job Summary
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets from various financial systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver timely accurate insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives including product performance customer behavior and revenue forecasting.
- Identify trends anomalies and opportunities in financial data to inform business decisions.
- Support the creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity consistency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve analytical processes and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in business analytics data analysis or a related role within financial services or technology.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial products services or regulatory frameworks (e.g. Basel III KYC AML) is a plus.
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
