Job Summary

Senior Agile Master / Agile Delivery Lead

(Enterprise / Scaled Agile Environment)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Agile Master to take endtoend ownership of delivery and performance across multiple feature teams working on complex domainlevel products. This role is about driving outcomes coaching teams to high maturity shaping organisational agility and enabling sustainable delivery at scale.

You will operate as a trusted leader coach and change agent working closely with Product Owners engineering teams and stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure transparency quality and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

Proven ability to build and lead highperforming DevOps or Agile teams
Deep experience with Agile and scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe Nexus LeSS)
Strong command of Agile metrics and tooling (JIRA Confluence burndown velocity flow metrics)
Excellent emotional intelligence leadership and facilitation skills
Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution empowerment and continuous improvement
Ability to understand technical topics sufficiently to influence developers and steer technical discussions
Strong background in change management including handling resistance and driving adoption at scale

Advantageous Skills:

Handson experience in agile software delivery (requirements through deployment/operations)
Project Management experience
Knowledge the Agile Working Model (AWM)

Role & Responsibilities:

Take full accountability for team delivery performance and quality outcomes
Drive predictable ontime delivery across multiple feature teams
Proactively identify and resolve impediments at team and organisational level
Guide teams and leadership on the practical application of Agile and Scrum principles
Assess agile maturity of teams and the organisation and coach them to higher levels at a sustainable pace
Drive team morale culture and psychological safety
Provide active coaching and support to team members and mentor other Agile Masters
Support complex products and subproducts up to domain level
Provide insights into Agile KPIs and metrics evolving them to improve organisational efficiency
Contribute actively to Communities of Practice (CoPs) through leadership and knowledge sharing
Lead change management initiatives ensuring adoption of new ways of working
Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog management grooming and product planning
Coordinate and facilitate all agile ceremonies workshops and key meetings
Structure sessions to enable effective discussion decisionmaking and conflict resolution
Collaborate across multiple sites and locations

Qualifications

Degree in IT Computer Science or Business
One of the following (mandatory):
- Professional Scrum Master III
- Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant
- Certified SAFe Agilist
- Scaled Professional Scrum
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer

Project Management qualification (advantageous)
