- Solid understanding of DevOps/product-centric delivery models

- Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe Nexus LeSS)
- Exposure to SAP / enterprise IT landscapes
- Change management experience in transformation environments
Duties & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

- Elicit analyse and document business requirements aligned to product vision
- Translate requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items
- Facilitate workshops requirement refinement and backlog grooming
- Ensure alignment between business goals architecture and implementation
- Support Product Owner in prioritisation and backlog management
- Act as the interface between stakeholders and DevOps teams ensuring clarity and feasibility
- Proactively identify risks gaps and dependencies impacting delivery
- Ensure end-to-end delivery ownership within the DevOps team
- Align with Product Owners Architects and global stakeholders
- Contribute to Communities of Practice (CoPs) and knowledge sharing
- Maintain and improve documentation (e.g. Confluence)
- Ensure adherence to BMW governance compliance and AWM standards
