- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to lead organize and mentor Feature Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expert experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- German Language skills are a bonus.
- Excellent usage of MS Office tools (Excel Word & PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AI tools
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics
Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
- Create transparency regarding resources requirements competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
- Define request track and if necessary escalate the required resources (incl. skills capacity).
- Implement the product vision and roadmap.
- Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
- Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology
- Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings including Stand-ups Sprint
- Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings etc.
- Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope decision regarding
- release or rework in the product backlog.
- Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy including the Feature
- Teams as well as all relevant internal functions
- Create transparency regarding resources requirements competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
- Soft Skills
- Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
- Take consultative approach to challenge customers requested solution design should a better alternative exist.
- Relevant IT / Business qualification
- Scrum Master Certification
- 10 years Agile Master experience
