Results-driven Senior Manager / Director of Sales and Marketing with a strong background in the coatings or related industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape within the coatings or related sector.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the coatings or related industry.
- Good background and know how of industry coating products solutions business judgment
- Work with key suppliers and sales tech team to identify the business growth opportunity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Manage forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics and business outcomes.
- Develop personal business growth within overall products portfolio.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or similar
- More than 5yrs working experience in coating ink or plastic market
- Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities are important for all kinds of internal communication.
- Good spoken and written English skill

Education
- Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or similar
