The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Portfolio & Advisory Solutions Marketing team within Fidelitys Asset Management Marketing team. This role is responsible for bringing investment-related product and insights content to our customers. Youll be planning out and managing the creation of product messaging and compelling go-to-market plans working across many different contributors and timetables. Youll be working closely with a dynamic team while personally owning a wide range of projects. This is a role for someone with a growth mindset an unwavering attention to detail a passion for delivering value to customers and partners and an interest in collaborating across diverse parts of our organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Minimum Bachelors Degree or advanced degree

• Securities license are a plus

• Recommended minimum of 5 years working in a general marketing or communications role financial services industry required

• Knowledge of or strong curiosity about investing

• You have strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with different due dates

• You enjoy building working relationships and you prioritize communicating with your project partners well

• Youre an excellent written and verbal communicator from sending clear project updates to speaking at meetings

• You bring an organized AND creative approach to marketing plans at the same time!

The Team

Become a member of the team and you will partner with Fidelity Asset Management Fidelity Wealth & Brokerage and Fidelity Workplace to develop and deliver high-impact content about our managed account capabilities.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
