JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Loan Officer (CLO) is responsible for originating structuring and closing residential and commercial real estate investment loans. This role requires a strong sales mindset relationship-building skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Role Levels & Compensation
We are hiring across three levels as part of a cohort model:
Junior Commercial Loan Officer
Base Salary: $55000 approximate commission of $25000-$50000 (10% new customer 5% Srs book 2.5% Loan provided by Sr LO)
Entry-level or early-career individuals with sales and/or real estate exposure
Paired with a Senior CLO to nest and learn the business
Access to warmer leads through team structure
Structured day onboarding and training program
Typical promotion timeline: 1218 months into full CLO role
Commercial Loan Officer (CLO) - (already producing at another lending shop)
Base Salary: $65000 approximate commission of $60000-$185000 (20% base commission 5% monthly bonus when $2.5M is originated in a month 30% commission on all production once yearly goal is hit)
Independent producers managing full deal lifecycle
Expected production:
Minimum: $1M/month
Target: $1.5M$2.5M/month
Responsible for building and maintaining a personal book of business
Senior Commercial Loan Officer (Senior CLO) - (already producing at another lending shop)
Base Salary: $65000 approximate commission of $185000 (25% commission 5% bonus when $2.5M is originated in a month 35% commission on all production once yearly goal is hit)
Given closing assistant
Established producers with strong book of business
Expected production: $2.5M$3M per month
Typically managing contacts
Leads and mentors Junior CLOs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and develop new business through outbound prospecting and relationship building
Structure and present loan solutions to real estate investors
Manage deals through the full lifecycle from origination to close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal execution
Track activity and performance metrics (calls opportunities closings)
Develop long-term relationships with borrowers and referral partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience required (real estate lending or high-volume outbound sales preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and generating new business
Self-motivated with a competitive performance-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Real estate investment or lending experience
Background in industries such as roofing construction sales or door-to-door sales
Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals
Understanding of real estate financing concepts
