Job Summary
THE POSITION:
This position is responsible and accountable for the execution of the critical business function of developing strategic and creative solutions for key clients that utilize EVERSANA services. This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by working with the business development team to develop solutions understanding the competitive landscape and how it impacts our solutions and creating integrated proposals to support the commercialization of a clients product or products utilizing some or all of EVERSANAs services. This position is expected to meet EVERSANA objectives including but not limited to supporting revenue growth developing solutions for new markets providing guidance and support to the companys leadership and commercial team and delighting clients with innovative solutions that support their goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. To achieve these results this role will:
- Create strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and prospects in collaboration with business development and sales operations emphasizing cross-functional service offerings to create a complete solution
- Participate in scoping calls/meetings solution development meeting preparation and presentation development as needed
- Provide strategy and content (PowerPoint Word Excel) for proactive proposal development
- Support the development of market assessments for specific opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal market research as appropriate to support above
- Collaborate with commercial operations to align budgets with strategy
- Collaborate with marketing to develop content as appropriate
- Collaborate with finance to validate financial assumptions as appropriate
- All other duties as assigned

- Travel (5 - 10%)
- Hours (M F minimum of 40 hours/week with flexibility above 40 hours depending on priorities)

Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelors degree MBA preferred with 5 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage
- Strategic thinking and creativity to think outside the box.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.
- Ability to get things done through influence.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word).
- The position requires occasional travel to EVERSANA facilities clients and other industry events.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Office or Home Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach grasp stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift) walk talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. If working remotely (from home) employee will need to set up an appropriate home office be available during normal business hours and occasionally outside business hours depending on priorities and deal with a work environment that is usually moderately quiet with frequent interruptions and multiple demands via email video chat or phone.
