Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Loan Operations Analyst / Loan Boarding Specialist to support loan onboarding and post-origination processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in loan documentation servicing and compliance across various lending products.

This role requires strong attention to detail the ability to manage multiple loan processes and a solid understanding of financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform loan boarding for new loans into servicing systems
• Handle loan modifications and ensure accurate updates
• Conduct post-origination quality control reviews
• Verify loan documentation disbursements and compliance requirements
• Monitor flood and hazard insurance for active loans
• Process loan payments and adjustments
• Work with multiple loan types including:
  • SBA Loans
  • Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
  • Business Loans
  • Participation / Syndicated Loans
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards

Required Skills:

• 10 years of experience in:
  • Loan onboarding / boarding
  • Loan servicing / processing
  • Financial services or banking domain
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Loan documentation & credit evaluation
  • Compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience with:
  • Loan servicing/boarding systems
  • Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Excellent:
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SBA and Commercial Lending
• Familiarity with syndicated/participation loans
• Prior experience working with banking institutions or large financial clients
