Job Summary

Job Title: Manager Line Delivery (Automotive)
Location: Blythewood SC (100% onsite relocation assistance available)

About the Role:
This position will lead the in-house logistics operations for assembly ensuring sequenced parts are delivered safely accurately and on time to support uninterrupted production. You will oversee large-scale line-feeding sequencing and internal logistics in a high-volume automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage in-house logistics operations for assembly production
Oversee parts sequencing and line-feeding across 3 shifts
Manage a team of 200 operators and 20 specialists
Ensure timely delivery of parts to the production line (JIT/JIS)
Plan and optimize material flow tugger routes and internal transport
Maintain logistics equipment and implement safety and maintenance strategies
Develop and improve logistics processes and operational structures
Support hiring training and workforce planning
Coordinate inventory management (full containers & empties)

Key Requirements:

10 years in automotive logistics or production
3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment
Strong experience with Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS)
Expertise in line feeding sequencing and internal transport (tuggers AGVs forklifts)
Experience with supermarkets (picking) and staging areas
Bachelors degree preferred
