Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Managing end-to-end transactions for Gold Loan customers while ensuring a seamless experience.
Lead Generation: Conducting BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities and reaching out to inactive or prospective customers via telecalling to generate new leads.
Sales & Conversion: Converting generated leads into successful business transactions.
Customer Sourcing: Identifying and acquiring new customers from the open market and providing them with optimal financial services.
Key Performance Indicators (KRA)
Timeliness: Ensuring all customer appointments and transactions are completed within the specified TAT (Turnaround Time).
Process Adherence: Strict compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and zero fraud/spurious activity.
Service Quality: Delivering high-quality service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Target Achievement: Consistently meeting lead generation targets and maintaining a high conversion percentage.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in the Gold Loan industry.
Skills: Proficiency in field marketing BTL activities and professional customer calling.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local geography and market dynamics.
