| FEMA/RBI Compliances Forex Hedging) |
| We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in Treasury Banking & Corporate |
| Finance within a manufacturing / export organisation who can independently: |
| 1. Treasury Operations (incl. CFS Corporate) |
| 2. Trade Finance (Export-Import FEMA / RBI) |
| (incl. Marine Insurance Declarations DGFT Licenses Custom Dept Notices & Query |
| Handling) |
| 3. Banking Relationships & Operations |
| 4. Forex Dealing & Hedging |
| 5. Debt & Capital Management |
| 6. Fund Raising |
| 7. Charge Management |
| 8. Lender & Rating Compliances |
| 9. WOS Overseas UIN compliance and filing Returns |
