Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of Royal / High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand client financial needs and provide customized solutions.
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Fixed Deposits
- Mutual Funds & Investments
- Insurance (Life & General)
- Loans (Home Personal etc.)
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular portfolio updates and financial advice to clients.
- Acquire new Royal clients through referrals and leads.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
