Job Summary

The Relationship Manager (Royal) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value (affluent/priority) customers. The role focuses on delivering personalized financial solutions enhancing customer experience and achieving revenue targets through cross-selling banking and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Royal / High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand client financial needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as:
    • Savings & Current Accounts
    • Fixed Deposits
    • Mutual Funds & Investments
    • Insurance (Life & General)
    • Loans (Home Personal etc.)
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular portfolio updates and financial advice to clients.
  • Acquire new Royal clients through referrals and leads.
  • Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
