Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading global provider of cutting-edge technologies and innovative services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure software quality by designing and executing both manual and automated test plans.
- Identify and document defects to guarantee products meet technical requirements and user expectations.
- Collaborate closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle to resolve issues.
- Maintain high standards of reliability performance and security across applications.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Background in software quality assurance or testing ideally within banking fintech or enterprise monitoring systems.
- Experience in managing CRM / ATM machine
- English Communication Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with the ability to analyze problems and identify root causes of software failures.
- Documentation Discipline: Skilled in producing clear structured test cases and bug reports even in environments with limited resources or documentation.
- Quality Advocacy: Proactive mindset with constructive questioning to ensure alignment with business requirements and security standards.
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing frameworks such as Katalon Selenium or Playwright.
- Testing Skills: Proficiency in test planning regression testing and defect management.
- Database & Tools: Experience with SQL/MySQL queries and defect management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail).
