Job Title: Manager – Sales (Cold Chain Warehouse)
Location: Delhi India
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth
for our cold chain warehousing solutions in Delhi. The role involves acquiring new clients managing key
accounts and expanding market presence in temperature-controlled logistics across industries such as
FMCG pharmaceuticals dairy and food processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cold chain warehousing
services
• Identify and acquire new clients requiring temperature-controlled storage and logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare and present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
• Participate in industry events networking meets and client visits
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in cold chain logistics warehousing or supply
chain services
• Strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage and distribution
• Ability to build relationships with clients across industries
