Key job responsibilities
The Program Manager Intern will support operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capabilities advanced Excel proficiency and a business or commerce educational background.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making
Perform research on industry trends competitive landscape and internal operational metrics to inform strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations finance and business teams to gather requirements and align on project objectives
Streamline existing processes by identifying inefficiencies documenting workflows and proposing optimization solutions
Own and deliver an end-to-end project from scoping through implementation including project planning stakeholder management and progress reporting
Develop Excel-based models dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to leadership
Support program management activities including meeting facilitation action item tracking and documentation of decisions and outcomes

- Currently in penultimate year pursuing a degree in Business Commerce or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas data visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
