Health Care Aide Opportunities Edmonton & Surrounding Area
Type: On-Site Full-Time or Temporary
Executrade is currently building a talent pool of Health Care Aides (HCAs) for upcoming temporary and permanent opportunities in Edmonton and surrounding areas. These roles span a variety of healthcare environments and offer flexible options for individuals looking for their next assignment or long-term placement.
About the Opportunities
We are working with a range of healthcare employers who require dedicated and compassionate Health Care Aides to support patient care and daily living activities. Opportunities may include long-term care facilities acute care units supportive living environments community care and private care settings. Both temporary/contract and permanent positions may become available.
Key Requirements
- Health Care Aide certificate from a recognized Alberta program
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to care
- Ability to provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Up-to-date immunization records (as required by placement)
- Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening (as required)
