Responsible for various daily commercialcredit riskadministrativefunctions.This position involves communicating with both commercial salesassociatesandcommercialclients.Other credit duties may be included.

• Administration/setup of commercial client accounts
• Monitoring daily email communications from commercial sales division
• Communication with external and internal resources relating to commercial clients
• Background research of commercial applications and purchase orders
• Review andconsolidatecommercial client information to assess credit risk
• Maintainaccuraterecords
• Ensure compliance with company policies

• StrongMicrosoft Excel knowledge and experience

• Ability to communicatein Frenchverbally and in writing is an asset

• High degree of attention to detailand accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability tohandle confidential information with integrity

• Positive attitude

• Punctual and dependabledaily

• Experience with commercial credit billing and account reconciliation is an asset.
