Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Paint specialistwill work withand train outfitters on liquid painting and repair techniques throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Will become certified through MICIs certification program
Do daily spot audits on all repair areas
Training outfitters on proper techniques of painting and preppingarea.
Communicate with paint supplier on all color matches/approval
Tarin outfitters on paint gun and booth maintenance
Be able to troubleshoot paint issues.
Communicate with rigging daily on any sub-par repairs
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Degree:High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certificate(s) or License(s): Mustpass MICI certification
Years of experience:Minimum 2 years paint experience
KNOWLEDGESKILLSAND ABILITY:
Strong computerskill
Ability to work in a manufacturingenvironment.
Ability to work in a teamsetting.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Less than 10%
