Job Description:
- Maintain client renewal and expansion under partnership.
- Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining regular communication.
- Monitor account performance and support clients with basic problem-solving.
- Assist in updating client data and preparing simple reports.
- Participate in client meetings or calls when needed.
- Collect client feedback and report to the lead.
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to accounts.
- Assist in delivering product or system updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes.
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
