Job Summary
- Sourcing of indirect material
- Quotation comparison and tabulation
- Purchase Order (PO) preparation
- Supplier invoice submission and filling
- Customer invoice and delivery note filling
- Key Performance Indicator reporting
- Quality management documentation
- Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor
Qualifications :
- Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelors degree preferably from Management Transportation/ Logistics/ Management/ Industrial Engineering.
- Have an interest in learning about logistics and purchasing activity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel Power Point Word).
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good communication skills people person and a team player.
- Keen to learn and proactive.
- Interest in leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 6 months of internship commitment.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.

- Full-time paid internship
- For July-December period
