Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Sales Business Development Marketing Strategy and Project Sales preferably in a leadership or team management role within the Building Materials Architectural Products Construction Interior Solutions Real Estate or related industries.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in handling client relationships and business operations
  • Ability to drive business growth team productivity and process improvements
  • Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to B2B consultative selling and project-oriented business environments
  • Experience interacting with architects builders consultants developers or institutional clients will be preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and motivate the team to achieve individual and organizational goals
  • Plan assign and monitor work to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Support the learning training and professional development of team members
  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and the team
  • Resolve operational issues conflicts and team concerns effectively
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and operational standards
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and service excellence

  • Prior experience in Business Operations Project Sales Client Servicing or Team Leadership roles
  • Strong leadership coordination and execution capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business priorities
  • Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills
