Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
Lead mentor and motivate a team to achieve individual and team goals.
Plan assign and monitor work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards
Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

Act as the primary point of contact between the team and management.
Resolve conflicts and address team concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
Intercations with clients to ensure that the SLAs are met
Preferred Candidates
Prior experience in Business Operations or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
