The Opportunity

Join Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as an Employer Relations Coordinator within our Career Services department and play a key role in connecting students with industry-leading this dynamic fast-paced environment you will support strategic outreach initiatives strengthen external partnerships and help expand career opportunities for students in aviation aerospace and STEM fields. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development while collaborating with employers campus partners and career services leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Outreach and Expo Manager to build and maintain relationships with new and existing employers

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for employer engagement activities including on-campus recruiting visits and events

  • Organize off-campus employer site visits including job shadow programs student organization visits and experiential learning opportunities

  • Support employer-led mentorship programs by coordinating schedules communications applications and logistics

  • Assist in planning and executing large-scale career events including career expos and fairs

  • Serve as a point of contact for employers providing guidance and ensuring a positive engagement experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer outreach efforts and student career pathways

Compensation


The (annual salary/hourly) range for this role isup to. The final offer will be based on the candidates skills qualifications and experience as well as applicable state regulations internal equity and business needs and may fall outside of the stated range.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in communications Public Relations Business or a related field

  • 13 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in coordinating events logistics and communications

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel locally or regionally as needed
