The Job:
Asa Supply Chain Analytics Manageryoullbe part ofourSupply Chain Analyticsteam working as an on-siteemployee.Youllget to:
Oversee multiple cross-functional high-visibility projects with many stakeholders and minimal oversight.
Lead the development of innovative and compelling dashboards and visuals to highlight insights and support business decisions.
Participate in business requirements sessions proactivelyanticipatingstakeholderneedsand aligning analytics solutions with company strategy.
Mentor and coach other analysts and their domains fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Supervise external teams for data integrations and BI reporting solutions.
Break down requirements for assigned team members and contractors ensuring priorities are met across multiple projects.
Enhance existing processes and standards to handle exceptions and improve efficiency.
Independently develop data extraction and transformation jobs with guidance from peers leads or managers as needed.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to all areas of the Supply Chain Analytics Management team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiencyin Power BI Snowflake Tableau Alteryx SQL HivePythonandMS Office.
Initiative-taking and willingness to overcome challenges.
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a demanding environment.
Excellent organization personnel management and matrix management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with people at all levels and backgrounds.
Experience coaching and mentoring analysts and overseeing contractors.
Desired Experience & Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field.
6 years of experience in data modeling data visualization tools or data harmonization.
Experience in supply chain domains such as Planning Logistics Warehousing Transportation or Manufacturing (preferred).
Experience with advanced statistics machine learning and data science techniques.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
Experience supporting BI reporting and analytics development by contractors.
