Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to help plan coordinate and deliver Atlassian transformation projects including Jira Confluence Jira Service Management Cloud migrations and AI-powered workflows. You will be a key point of coordination between clients consultants architects developers and internal stakeholders helping ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized communicates clearly and is ready to grow their project management career in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal required
Based in Bogotá Colombia and able to work on-site in Chico Norte
2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience ideally in software implementation technology consulting or SaaS
Understanding of Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong organizational planning and communication skills
Comfortable facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus
Availability during US Eastern Time business hours
Looking for a long-term career opportunity not a short-term position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira Confluence Jira Service Management)
Scrum Master CAPM PMP or equivalent certification (or working toward one)
Experience supporting Cloud migration projects
Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence Rovo Forge or Automation
Understanding of ITSM DevOps and Agile operating models
