What You Will Do:

• Configuration identification and configuration control.
• Configuration status tracking accounting product release and delivery.
• Configuration audit support: processing multiple types of documentation including engineering change notices support program Configuration Change Control Board (CCB)s and provide CM assessments and inputs to engineering change requests.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related Configuration Management (CM) experience in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment which includes implementing Configuration Management principles processes and training. This encompasses configuration control identification data management (library/repository) product release and delivery and configuration audits.
• Expertise in developing and implementing Configuration Management principles processes and training covering configuration control identification data management (library/repository) product release and delivery and configuration audits.
• Familiarity with change management involving a defined product breakdown structure with parent-child relationships in a CM tool environment.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proven experience working in a collaborative team setting necessitating frequent multi-level communication (both verbal and written) with engineering program management and external stakeholders. This also involves writing technical documentation and developing and facilitating technical presentations.
• Previous experience operating effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated willingness to guide individuals through change management steps promptly and effectively.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
