As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager Enterprise AI Enablement you will be at the center of how Aritzia brings AI to life.You will play a pivotal role indelivering high-quality AI-enabled solutions on time and on budget shapinghow AI accelerates our businessresponsibly thoughtfully and with purpose.

THE ROLE
As theSenior ProjectManager/ Project ManagerEnterprise AI Enablementyou will:
Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvementofenterprise AIprojects that directly contribute to Aritzias strategic growth initiatives
Orchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelines
Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities
Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheSenior Project Manager / Project ManagerEnterprise AIEnablement has:
Proven and best-in-class skillseducationand/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role including relevant Project Management experience PMP
Experience withAIwork in a Retail organization is preferred
A commitment to learn and apply AritziasValues andBusiness and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at thislevel is$100000 - $300000peryear. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
