Job Summary

The Role

  • Drive proactive outbound engagement with Lumis existing customer base to uncover refinancing and utilisation opportunities.
  • Conduct quality conversations to re-engage customers identify funding needs and position Lumi solutions effectively.
  • Focus on key areas including: term loan refinances line-of-credit (LOC) refinances LOC rollovers LOC utilisation uplift and off-book re-engagement.
  • Leverage data insights to prioritise customer cohorts with the highest likelihood of conversion & lifetime value nurture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Credit) to streamline campaigns and ensure smooth approval processes.
  • Manage an individual prospecting budget and contribute directly to team origination targets.

Qualifications :

This Person Is Someone With

  • Proven B2B sales experience ideally in financial services lending or fintech.
  • A track record of outbound prospecting re-engagement or account management with measurable results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance growth with margin discipline.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A curious self-starting mindset with resilience to manage high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
